SUMMARY OF WARRANTY

All products produced by The Tone God are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product subject to the limitations contained in this warranty.

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY

This warranty does not cover or apply to:

• Any product which displays signs of damage outside of normal use. The decision of if the product has suffered any damages outside of normal use will be made by the authorized repair agent.

• If the product serial number has been defaced, altered, or removed.

• Any consumables such as but not limited to batteries and tubes.

• Losses which are covered under any of your insurance contracts.

WHAT THE WARRANTOR WILL DO

We will remedy any defect by repair or if necessary full replacement upon receipt of the defective product at our service center within a reasonable time. The course of action required to remedy the defect will be made by the authorized repair agent at our service center. When the defective product is repaired we will ship the product from the service center to the address supplied in the defective product’s Service information.

If the authorized repair agent has judged the damage caused to the product has been outside of normal use the person given in the contact information provided to Service will be charged for the materials and labour to repair the product.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

For warranty service contact Service via Email providing all requested information. Follow the procedure outlined in the Email response. The owner of the product must pay all freight and insurance costs for the returned product to our service center.

We reserve the right to change the design or availability of any product without notice and with no obligation to make corresponding changes in products previously manufactured.

YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO RECOVER FROM US ANY INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT(S) IN OUR PRODUCTS. THIS INCLUDES ANY DAMAGE TO ANOTHER PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS RESULTING FROM SUCH A DEFECT. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT, EVEN IF WE OR ANY OF OUR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSES, CLAIMS, OR SUITS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING.

THIS STATEMENT OF WARRANTY SUPERSEDES ANY OTHERS CONTAINED IN PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION. No person has the authority to amend or alter this warranty.
